The Wizard of Oz
San Silvestre's main production this year is an exciting interpretation of the musical The Wizard of Oz, which will take place on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th at 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday 20th June at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.. This promises to be a dynamic production involving the school orchestra as well as the acting roles and the modern scenic facilities will be put to good use with some surprising techniques. Once the tickets are on sale they can be obtained directly from the school.

School Carnival 2009
Everyone is invited to the Roosevelt Carnival / Kermesse 2009, which will be held on Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm at Roosevelt campus (Av. Las Palmeras 325, Camacho). It will be a fun-filled day for your entire family, with wonderful games and entertainment, as well as delicious food. Don't miss it!
Kina Malpartida Visited Roosevelt
Superfeatherweight World Champion and Roosevelt alumna (Class of 1999) Kina Malpartida visted our campus on March 19. Kina kindly took time from her busy schedule to visit her alma mater, visit classrooms and reunite with her former teachers. Kina also gave a very special talk to Middle School20and High School students of her life journey, and the importance of discipline and following dreams. We are truly proud of Kina and her accomplishments, and wish her the best in her upcoming boxing match in June! |
