Restaurant Night at Laeñe “A Definite Success”
Fifty friends met in Miraflores to sample Spanish cuisine at its best. The traditional bar, and then the formal dining room of Laeñe, was filled with the sound of bubbly conversation. Some rooms are more conducive to conversation - and this restaurant has more than it's share of them. A pisco sour (or two), then to the tables to taste the tapas. A tasty Catalan champagne cleaned the palate nicely before the presentation of two enormous paelleras, one of seafood, the other of chicken with vegetables. It did not matter which one you had chosen as they was enough for all to have more than one plate. A tart lemon mousse and coffee just finished off the evening. A definite success.
