Extraordinary General Meeting
Annual General Meeting

We would like to remind all members of the American & Canadian Association of Peru that the Extraordinary as well as the Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 24th at 6:00 p.m. at the residence of the United States Ambassador, James Curtis Struble.

The election of officers to the American & Canadian Association Board of Directors for 2006-2007 will be held and other important Association business will be discussed, including matters of membership eligibility that are a result of last year's EGM.

We urge all members to attend. First call of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. If there is not a quorum present at that time, the meeting will be called to order at 6:30 p.m. with whatever number of members are present. Decisions will be made by a majority of those present. This meeting will be followed by the Annual General Meeting.

We would like to remind you that this meeting is for American & Canadian Association "paid-up members." For security reasons, you MUST either call (222-6359), fax (441-4545) or email (acap@infonegocio.net.pe) the office to pre-register, giving the number of your identity document to be shown at the door. Only those members having made prior reservations will be allowed to attend. The cut-off date and time to make your reservations will be Friday, January 20th at 1:30 p.m.

PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT OF THE ASSOCIATION AND YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIS VERY IMPORTANT MEETING.
