Restaurant Nights
November and December

For our November dining event, a group of 27 ACAP members and guests enjoyed dinner at one of Lima’s finest oriental restaurants - the “Royal” on Av. Prescott. The place is definitely not “chifa” - the food is Cantonese and the setting is beautiful with lots of dark wood and oriental decorations.

Future Restaurant Nights

In December, we are going to try something completely new! We are going to put together an evening bus tour through different parts of Lima to see Christmas lights and decorations, then go for a light dinner at a good restaurant, perhaps Tapas in Miraflores. The date is December 20th and we will be sending out an e-mail message to determine the level of interest we have among ACAP members. Hey, let’s try something different!

In February, we will have a Valentine’s evening dinner at one of Lima’s excellent restaurants on the 11th. For the balance 2006, we have a long list of restaurants for our ACAP monthly dining event including Italian, Peruvian, chifa, seafood, pizza, steak and other types of restaurants.
