September Restaurant Night at Punta Sal
ACAP's next Restaurant Night is scheduled for Wednesday evening, September 21st at one of Lima's best seafood restaurants, Punta Sal. It is a great place for a cebiche or a more elegant seafood meal, and the owner (Adolfo Perret whom President selected to represent Peruvian gastronomy and accompany him to China, where it is said he became the first Peruvian to cook on the Great Wall) is promising a really special evening for us. The restaurant will only be open for the Association and everyone is going to love the location on the Malecón Cisneros across from the lighthouse. We will be providing more information about the menu in the coming weeks via email. Until then, be sure to mark your calendar for what promises to be a very special night. As always, special vegetarian dishes will be offered to those who request them and you may bring your own wine.
