Colegio Roosevelt

Our annual Winter Camp is lots of fun for children 3 to 15 years old. Enjoy soccer, basketball, tennis, street hockey and badminton while you brush up on your English. We also offer a special program for preschool and kindergarten children. Camp starts July 5th and runs Monday through Friday until the 22nd. Roosevelt School offices will be closed July 7-15 and will re-open on the 21st from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Hiram Bingham, the British International School of Lima

International Baccalaureate programmes -- Hiram Bingham hosts three IB programmes, the Primary Years Programme for students from 3-11 years of age, the Middle Years programme for students from 11 15, and the IB Diploma , a pre-university programme for students from 16-18. Students from the final year of the Middle Years programme have also begun a series of MYP exchange visits with schools in Mexico, Argentina and the United Kingdom, with a visit this year to Mexico in May, and to Argentina in August.

International Culture Fair -- The Senior School at Hiram Bingham traditionally celebrates different aspects of internationalism during the month of July. This year our theme is international awareness and understanding. Given the wide diversity of nationalities within the school, this years Fair is aimed at learning to value, and better understand, the wide range of cultures, customs, national costumes and traditions represented by the school community.

All are very welcome to participate in this event which will be held in the school on Friday July 15th from 6 9 pm. We look forward to seeing you.

PYP Open Day -- Learning about different customs and cultures enriches our personal vision of the world and encourages our respect for human nature.

Hiram Bingham Infant and Junior Schools will host and International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) Open Day. Students from Upper Nursery to Grade 5 invite all parents and friends to join us and share what we have learned in our last Unit of Inquiry. Everybody is welcome to join us on Friday July 15th from 10 am. to 1 pm. at Hiram Bingham. We look forward to seeing you!

San Silvestre School

Ponte Pilas -- The “Ponte Pilas” campaign was an outstanding success. With your help, Miraflores has saved several billion litres of water from possible contamination. This campaign will continue throughout the year, so don't throw away your used batteries. Please bring them to San Silvestre!
