UPCOMING EVENT

The Annual General Meeting of the American & Canadian Association of Peru will be held on Wednesday, April 20th, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the residence of the Canadian Ambassador, Genevieve des Rivieres.

The election of officers to the American & Canadian Association Board of Directors for 2005-2006 will be held and other important Association business will be discussed. We urge all members to attend.

First call of the Annual General Meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. If there is no quorum at that time, the meeting will be called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the members present, who will be considered a quorum.

We would like to remind you that this meeting is for American & Canadian Association "paid-up members." For security reasons you MUST call the office to pre-register at 222-6359; fax 441-4545; or email acap@infonegocio.net.pe or office@acap-peru.org, giving the number of your identity document, which must be shown at the door. Only those members having made prior reservations will be allowed to attend. The meeting will be followed by a buffet dinner.

Please show your support of the Association and your Board of Directors by your attendance at this very important meeting.
