There are challenges in fixing lunch box foods that are both healthy and you are happy to eat several hours after preparing. Purchasing school lunches is especially challenging because children don’t always know what they would like that is also nutritious, while schools, kiosk owners and parents tend to concentrate on popular and easy to prepare foods that contribute to obesity.
Nutrition, especially calories because of international trends to obesity, should be taken into account more seriously without forgetting pleasure and ease of preparation.
