The Silver Llana Dining Guide is a summary of over 4,000 restaurant reviews from people who enjoy dining out. The number of restuarnts surveyed, at last count, shows the wide variety and richness of cuisine available in Peru. Restaurants reviewed are in Lima, as well as in other cities of Peru. The ratings used in the Silver Llama Dining Guide are simply the averages of opinions provided by people who completed our survey. Comments are from the same people and include both positive and negative remarks. No restaurants had input in preparing the guide and no advertising from restaurants was solicited nor accepted.
