The Annual General Meeting of the American & Canadian Association of Peru will be held on Tuesday, April 20th, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the residence of the United States Ambassador, James Curtis Struble

The election of officers to the American & Canadian Association Board of Directors for 2004-2005 will be held and other important Association business will be discussed. We urge all members to attend.

First call of the Annual General Meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. If there is no quorum at that time, the meeting will be called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the members present, which will be considered a quorum.

For security reasons you MUST call the office to pre-register at 222-6359; fax 441-4545; or email acap@infonegocio.net.pe, giving the number of your identity document, which must be shown at the door. Only those members having made prior reservations will be allowed to attend. The cut-off date and time to make your reservations is Friday, April 16th before 1:30 p.m.

Cocktails will be served accompanied by music, and a cash bar will be available for additional drinks.

PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT OF THE ASSOCIATION AND YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIS VERY IMPORTANT MEETING.
